When there is 60% voter turnout (considered outstanding by the political parties) and the Dems-GOP split that vote, non-voters actually win every election. It's not because they are lazy.

People do not vote for a reason and I believe the government process should give them power. We have to stop holding our noses when we vote. Register Unaffiliated to send a message to the two party system. Stop partisan elections. Power to the People.

IMO if an election has more eligible voters that do not vote than the election winner, the election is recalled and a new election is initiated. That gives power to those that do not vote.
