Green Party Conference recently passed some amazing healthcare policy for the trans community. It commits us to an informed consent model of trans healthcare, a trans-led public inquiry into NHS care, a trans-inclusive ban on conversion therapy, and so much more.

The Green Party just voted to reform trans healthcare.

What does this bold new policy look like?

What we're calling for:
- The end of segregation in trans healthcare.
- Ending the torture of conversion therapy.
- Moving the NHS to an informed consent model.
- Expanding the range of funded transition care.

- Real support for detransitioning people.

Today I gathered with fellow Greens in Aylesbury town Square to attend Aylesbury Palestinian Solidarity Campaign

We must end the Genocide, We must allow aid into the Gaza Strip, We must stop children dying from war and famine, We must find a peaceful solution in the Levant, We must Free Palestine
