My Breakfast: Day 1699
It’s Greek Yogurt Day. A perfect day to make Çilber.
Çilber is Turkish Eggs.
In the 15th century during the Ottoman Empire it was a dish enjoyed by Sultans.
Poached eggs, on thick yogurt flavored with garlic & salt, drizzled with warm olive oil & Aleppo pepper.
