Um, I had a pretty bad mental breakdown when my youngest was bw 6month-8months old. What I found helped was carefully tracking my sleep and trying to prioritize a 7h+/night 5 day rolling average above everything else (#1priority!). But it was pretty hard to do (worked tho!)

I rmbr pt care was #1priority. worked at a city/county run hospital when the catholic (shocker) Daughters of Charity took it over; we were to refer to the pts as ‘clients’. Even watched them dock pay on an ER RN who gave away the lobby xmas tree to a poor family of six. On xmas eve.

First, we must keep hope strong. #1Priority Despair will kill
Second, I assess most human opinion pools using a bell-shaped curve. There's a strong middle with extremes on the ends, so despair on one extreme is probable. I try to accept & respect all opinions & go from there
