Trump, in the last weeks, has behaved like an utterly spoilt brat with an extreme case of ADHC, whose 'toys' happen to be the world's greatest military and economy, has alienated ALL the other kids in the playground to the point they all agree to never play with him again.

With "better" diagnosis also the rate of putting people into "norms" increases. So if you don't match 51% of the people you are sort of "abnormal". Asperger, ADHC, whatever. Same thing like epileptic people were considered being possesed not so long ago.
