In July, Cholakian registered as a lobbyist with the US Congress for the purpose of »emergency planning needs, due to the civil and national security impact of earth’s irreparable geophysical condition«, advanced research of geophysical occurrences — and for the protection of AllatRa’s scientists and volunteers from hostile foreign governments. He planned to identify »elected officials who actively monitor US-Russian foreign policy matters.« This November, Robby Wells, one of AllatRa and Creative Society’s supporters since their inception, is running for a seat in the US House of Representatives. He is a former football coach from Virginia who presents himself a foreign correspondent of Russia Today, and believes the AllatRa’s project is the world’s only salvation. Cholakian too is publicly vocal about the purpose of Allatra. »Our planet is on the brink of self-destruction, and humanity has only a few years left to prevent the impending catastrophe«, he said in a recorded call to the scientific community where he also spoke about the Mariana Trench rupture theory. Cholakian and Wells didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Following publication, both were summoned by the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Žilina under a preliminary inquiry related to "founding, supporting or propagating a movement aimed at suppressing rights and freedoms". The investigation was subsequently dropped, but press-rights organisations characterised the summons as an intimidation measure.[49] AllatRa-linked outlets portrayed Ciroková and Kiripolská as terrorists and enemies of society.[50] | Jakub Jahl documentary and false allegations Czech YouTuber and independent cult-researcher Jakub Jahl released critical coverage of AllatRa. Afterward, AllatRa-linked social-media accounts began circulating a coordinated smear campaign alleging that Jahl had committed sexual offences while volunteering in Tanzania. A documentary produced by AllatRa misrepresented footage supposedly taken in Africa, falsely implying that Jahl had abused children and engaged in grotesque behaviour.[51] A Czech court later ordered the removal of a video portraying him as a paedophile.[52] Police subsequently found the allegations "incredible and fantastical”.[53] Attacks on Alexander Dvorkin Russian anti-cult scholar Alexander Dvorkin, head of RACIRS, has been the target of multiple AllatRa- affiliated attacks. ACTFiles.org alleges that Dvorkin is the "leader of a global Nazi conspiracy" and mastermind of a violent, international anti-cult network.[54] There is no independent evidence supporting these claims; they are considered part of the broader smear-campaign pattern. Karolína Kiripolská In addition to the Žilina summons, Kiripolská has been repeatedly mentioned by AllatRa-linked sources as a terrorist, despite no evidence.[55] Luigi Corvaglia Italian researcher and blogger Luigi Corvaglia was described in ACTFiles publications as a "coprophile" and member of the global anti-cult conspiracy.[56] These claims lack independent substantiation and have been characterised by journalists as defamatory. Iryna Kreminovska Ukrainian journalist Iryna Kreminovska was accused in ACTFiles-linked media of hunting and harming stray dogs during Ukraine's ongoing humanitarian crisis.[57] No independent source confirms the allegation. Use of ACTFiles.org and AllatRa-linked outlets Two major articles illustrate the group's stance toward critics: "Killer journalists attack the man of peace" This article describes investigative reporters as "paid killers", framing investigative journalism as violent extremism. [58] "Anti-cult orders awarded on children's blood" This publication claims a global anti-cult network linked to Nazis and Western intelligence agencies, led by Alexander Dvorkin. [59] These accusations are self-published, are not independently verified, and are cited here only to demonstrate the nature of the smear campaigns. Attitude toward critics AllatRa-affiliated media describe critics as: · agents of extremism or terrorism,[60] • tools of Western intelligence,[61] conspirators in organised Nazism,[62] participants in criminal activities (e.g., child sexual abuse, violence, animal cruelty).[63] Investigative reporting concludes that these allegations appear intended to intimidate critics and undermine public trust in journalism.[64] Motives suggested by analysts Independent observers suggest that the smear campaigns serve to: • delegitimise critical reporting;[65] portray AllatRa as the victim rather than the subject of scrutiny;[66] discourage journalists from future coverage;[67] • maintain group cohesion by presenting enemies as existential threats.[68] Reception Czech and Slovak media describe the attack on Jahl as coordinated and systematic.[69] Human- rights and press-freedom groups warn that prosecutors' questioning of Ciroková and Kiripolská risks chilling investigative journalism.[70] Attribution note: Where defamatory allegations originate solely from AllatRa-linked media, they are described only as such and are not treated as factual.
