A bit of parsnip quality control at the allotment,
last year they all died off in August for some reason and we had to go out and buy some for Christmas dinner, the shame of it!
This year we’re definitely back in business again, I sowed three different varieties to just to make sure of it. 🌱

I harvested the rest of the oca at the allotment, it seems the tubers carried on growing after the frost killed off the foliage.
There were some good sized tubers with amusing shapes like pink fir potatoes, but I don't think we really want to see the two pink cat turds served up on a plate. 🌱
