heres a little context. Tbh outsourcing animation and the cheapening of the industry has been happening since the 80s and is a whole other thread. But it is particularly rough right now for sure and its going to be a long haul unfortunately.
everyone's out here struggling, and im not comparing experiences. Animation has always been wasteful with its talent and its no stranger to people leaving for other careers -
