an illustration of my oc, Rhys (they/she), depicted in a backdrop of darkness and scattering debris. this is her appearance during the final arc of their storyline. they are visibly transformed from their normal appearance, their body assuming an almost inorganic form with a gaping hole in their chest. within the cavity rests a glowing structure akin to a heart. their gaze is cast off to the side with wide eyes and a forbidding smile. a halo of runes appears behind her head.
