#AuDHDBurnout
Been resting most of the day, tried to do little tidy but came over a bit dizzy and sick so I know it's too soon!

Probably on the verge of #audhd burnout and feeling very foggy brained!

Back to resting with plushies and comfort shows with some doodles!

Does she address RNs (or other health pros), and/or intersectionality with the struggles of neurodivergents?

I inquire as a ND person recovering from #AuDHDburnout. I'm a late-diagnosed/-realized RN, & member of the "Lost Girls" cohort.

(& Workplace abuse of RNs is nothing short of breathtaking.)

Five years later. Still one artist, but now two radio stations as well.

Its getting better. Slowly.

The inability to communicate when the sensory overload kicks in is one of the most exhausting and frustrating parts of burnout for me. It’s so strange to be able to think it and not be able to organize it in order to speak or write it.

Another glorious Monday! Actually excited for another week of being alive (not sarcasm). I reckon I’m edging closer to being out of burnout 🙌🏻 #audhd #audhdburnout

Do not mistake my jovial description for non-chalance. My own experience of AuDHD Burnout was exhausting

But first, I have to find sufficient executive function, and that's been pretty absent in the past 6 weeks or so.

Alas, #AuDHDBurnout

This would have been an extremely useful bit of advice to receive before I hit complete #AuDHDBurnout, but of course, I hadn't even gotten a diagnosis yet at that point, so, would I have even known how badly I needed to hear it? 🤷
We've seen what a quick route to mental illness that can be (doomscrolling, overwhelm, distraction, depression). Creating movements, fostering change, making art, science and medical innovations, those all take keen FOCUS. By definition, you CAN'T FOCUS ON EVERYTHING. Distraction robs us of a future
