Just a tinge of the #Aurora_australis in central Hobart last night. I didn’t think there was one until I checked the photos this morning when I wasn’t so bleary eyed.
A very unattractive foreground of a big red roof and a conifer with a glaring streetlight ion front of it. The top 3/4 of the photo is lovely night sky with stars and a few small clouds. The sky is a lightly purple hue with maybe a touch of green. This photo is from me trying to see as far south as I can from our house, so it has a bit of our roof in the top right corner.
