Nope, that's not what's happening. Ben's own article contradicts his headline:
"So in theory the planes could also end up at Avianca, though the intent is for these planes to fly for GOL."
GOL itself says "The aircraft can be operated by any Abra Group company" and that fleet allocation is TBD.

Yeah, even for SSA admin stuff the regs have case law surrounding them. (Which is one reason I couldn't believe the attorneys in Avianca, who supposedly had an SSDI practice, didn't bother to have fed ct access for their Westlaw subscription)

Not a single flight but took 25 hours on 4 flights to get from Buenos Aires back home to SFO. the first 3 flights were on Avianca, which was cheap as balls but had negative leg room

Hace unos días tomé un vuelo con Avianca. Me ascendieron a clase ejecutiva. Conociendo la aerolínea, pensé que eso y nada eran lo mismo, apenas un cambio de silla. Sin embargo, al despegar me dieron AGUA, y luego una CENA DE VERDAD, con vino y café. ¿Vislumbro una mejora al fin?
