Stigma is huge & I'm going to keep fighting for equal treatment and the importance of looking past a label. Thanks BIGSPD for the inspiration and I'll bring the revolution home with me. #BIGSPD25

It’s a lazy answer but…I’m not that interested in the other PDs as no one ever diagnoses them. 25 years in MH and they’ve never been a part of my work.
BIGSPD had a vote on getting rid of the PD but a few years back. Lost by a tiny amount. It will go one day.
