Once, he saw a group of cowboys trying to free an animal from mud. They were using ropes. It made it worse. He came upon them. Stripped bare naked and jumped in the mud to free that beast.

I think Ryan Coogler should reboot the Bass Reeves movie. The real lawman deserved a much better movie than the 2010 Mauser film.
