#Billions,
🇨🇦Canadian high speed rail for a small Quebec/Ontario corridor for up to $90 Billions cost. I don’t think so if pretty well all of the rest of the country doesn’t have cross Canada bus or rail options. And don’t try the VIA rail argument. It’s garbage, costly and not usable service for most of us.

And? I hear you. It's a general point. People who terrorize their communities shouldn't exist much less get billions. Of course FEMA should exist, etc.

Okay? We don't really need 8 billions of hungry mouths, grazing and destroying absolutely everything in the chase of MOAR.

I'd gladly see a gradual decline to 1800s, under 1 billion, or even even 1500s, half of the billion.

Congressional Republicans gave Trump a slush fund for ICE and CBP in the "Big Beautiful Bill." Tens of billions of dollars that is still usable even during a shutdown.

Democrats must make rescinding that money the price of any future govt funding, as Republicans did with IRS money from the IRA.
