Not sure that she know much about British cuisine. Chicken Tilka Masala is a uniquely British dish as is a Balti Curry hailing from Birmingham no less!
While Fish & Chips hails from Portugal brought to us by Sephardi Jewish immigrants in the 1860s so not only is it foreign but it’s ethnic as well!
