My #blackoutday included 2 meals at locally owned restaurants. I paid in cash. I didn't do any other buying at all. I also didn't "pre shop" and won't have to do extra shopping. I will think hard about where and how I shop all the time. You big chains will always get a card #usecash&shoplocal
