11th grade booktalks + book tastings all day ⤵️
We covered some strategies for finding interesting books, from browsing displays to finding favorite authors and word of mouth recommendations. The conversations over the books were priceless!

Love the variety of kids, ages/grades, curric topics, etc I can teach.
Love pitching new team-teaching ideas I want to try.
Love the autonomy.
Love being a go-to resource for colleagues.
Love setting kids up with the perfect books for them.
Love doing Storytime and booktalks.
