Damn, we're back in the 90s. Condolences to all those in the system now. I spent that decade fighting to keep school libraries, music and tech programs, and, closest to my heart, Education Assistants.

Why would we do this. Gallaudet gets C$200 million a year from the U.S. federal government to educate 900 undergraduates, so $220,000 per student per year, and it is still going broke because Deaf students want to go to better universities where they can
