It seems like language gives the impression of a thing being immortal and unchanging because it seems stable and universal until it isn't. Rules and contracts provide framing for chaos over time because the world changes while appearing to be stable.

I'm in a rural area near the border of CA and Nevada.
It changes from summer to fall in a day, a drop of 30° in 24-48 hours. Then Indian summer is over in one day. We have snow we can see on the mountaintop out the front. 11,000 feet.

I don’t think NATO are in the ‘either/or’ camp, they know a blended approach is required. The problem is the time it takes to introduce drones in volume, and the rapid changes in technology that requires a continuous innovation stance.

My tuppence on #celticfc. I'm afraid it's looking very grim and whilst we await Board changes the obvious and immediate challenge is that of the Manager and coaches. Something needs to change quickly in the #Celtic dugout - a fresh voice. It's going to take a few windows to fix on the park quality.

Just like Biden changed out people on NLRB and made lots of policy changes to support unions and companies that support unions. You can’t change everything to everyone’s satisfaction overnight. So the party gets voted out, because enough didn’t change. Trump 1 and 2 are and were horrible for unions.
