Cool to get a party commander. Not the silliest of the bunch we have but it's solid. I can see it going in the 99 or most party/changling EDH decks though as a fun addition along with the mana discount.

But even a few episodes after that Sisko's dad gives a perfectly reasonable explanation of how a Changling could fake that test. Which actually works perfectly as an (unintentional) way of letting the audience know that prior blood tests might not be accurate.
