More new odonata hunting last month, this time for Scarce Blue-Tailed Damselflies in Cheshire.

Several dotted around with a lovely diagnostic orange immature female being the first I found.

Another new dragonfly for me this year was Downy Emeralds in Cheshire.

A great experience having several flying aroud my legs on a flooded path but a nightmare to photograph!
