It helps to draw city layouts extremely fast by just sketching a layout and then iterating on it. It can help to build streets, sidewalks, and building layouts with custom properties for each entity. #gamedev

Starting in March 2001 I bought Man Utd, Keystone Solutions & Dominos Pizza. Didn't run the spreadsheet back then so no idea on profit/loss but generally I was punting on paper tips & gut instinct. Others included Cscape, Richoux, Caledon Resources & Energy Technique. 😉
