A double British mains 240 volt plug socket. There is a 4 way adapter plugged into it which has been wall mounted underneath and so is masquerading as an official socket. It also has a cuboid extension plugged into it which has a plug at the front with a large X on it in black marker (😬). Essentially, there are at least 6 if not 7 things plugged into it and it looks like the opening to an episode of the TV drama Londons Burning
