Mayhaps, but i particukarely think a DH so disgusted with the casual use of fel on itself is such a fertile ground for the exploration of how DHs feel about their sacrifices, and how they might think people take that for granted and choose to get Into fel.

Feels like such a missed opportunity to actually delve into why a DH would so unforgiving to those who use fel recreationally, how someone self serving can use a societal fear to try to pull a coup.

I think it would be very interesting if they played the whole dungeon from the "zeal of the convert" angle (and it would make the belfs less boooooring), but that would require replacing the DH with a Spellbreaker or a Blood Knight. Like, DHs don't police warlocks, this is literally not their job.

I think people forget how much this team values DH flexibility, as well. They already have Masa, and they prioritize rotating players through the DH. I don’t think they even consider Schwarber and I doubt they pursue a long term deal for Alonso.

Yes, it’s awesome for a pitcher to hit 2 HR while pitching. It’s rare (I think only 68 times?) And this new rule allowed Ohtani to stay in as DH. No other pitcher had this opportunity, and he took advantage! Now he’s one of only 11 players with 3 HR in a postseason game. Amazing!

People telling us we are overreacting and yet somehow this is worse than I initially suspected. A storyline about a DH cop seeking out people doing supposedly illegal activity only to find out many using are frightened of what's going on in their homeland is so fucked in this day and age.

The starting pitching was what kept us in this series. To me, that means Ranger should be priority #1 to re-sign, then JT. Love Schwarber, but if the cost is too high, I'm fine letting him walk and finding a cheaper DH.
