Darkbringer is a cult leader operating in Pharos City. Formally, he's a reformed B-List villain, but Lightbringer knows he's still manipulating the population to break their belief in heroes who "bring false hope".

with an original story, a grand finale depicting a hero team-up to fight Smiling Man who enlists help of Darkbringer (with an alternate backstory and previous name, as the Technocrat and plot of Crossoverlord is non-free).
