Interesting pattern: Amazon was contacted multiple times about invoking the EU 14-day withdrawal right but instead of processing it, each agent forwarded a new message (7 total) to the seller. Each message requires a 2-day wait, delaying the buyer’s ability to escalate. #EUConsumerProtection

But shouldn’t that protect buyers? Is it me or is this wording is confusing and seems more protective of sellers than buyers? #LegalRights #TransparencyMatters #EUConsumerProtection #EUlaw #CoolingOffPeriod

The empty battery notification that was once available is gone, leaving clients without critical warning. When clicking for more info, it recommends buying extra products instead of honoring the recording length.

Amazon incentives like discounts or payments for reviews damage trust in all products. How can we rely on reviews if honest ones are removed for “violating guidelines,” while paid ones are promoted? #ConsumerRights #FairMarketplace #ReviewIntegrity #EUConsumerProtection

Seems there are widespread review issues. Lots of Amazon shoppers report their reviews are declined for mentioning packaging, delivery, price, even availability! Try the search - the results are eye-opening. #AmazonReviews #ConsumerRights #Amazon #EUConsumerProtection
