Who do I need to pay to get the eclipse IDE m2e POM editor to follow the formatting rules of the XML file editor?

This has been a pattern of attacks, but the extension owners have begun verifying their namespaces in many cases making them seem more trustworthy. This one had a verified namespace which means the owner claimed "nomic-foundation".
