ICYMI: the 5 phase AHM project received first round approval by the City of St. Louis #LCRAstl on 6/28/22.

As of 7/8/22, SLDC did not have an application for tax incentives on file!

STL needs a system where tax incentives are reviewed at regular intervals following the passage of the ordinance. Recalibrate or terminate if appropriate.

PIEA just approved an $8.2 M tax abatement package for ICL; the R.E. tax abatement is based on an ordinance passed in 2008😡

Why should the public, St. Louis elected officials & the media believe anything SLDC says, unless it is supported by hard data?
