For really big ExM tissues we made a teflon "drumhead" for one of our open-top systems that was inspired by the FEP flexvat bases for 3D printers. At high mag vibration could definitely be an issue though...

イグライトちゃん完成!

イグライトちゃんの大腿部はシスターの大腿だと
完璧にはまらないのでEXMの球体関節を使用。
イグライトなので本来なら
イグライト付属の新型を使うべきなのだが
足の方にポリキャップを仕込んであったので外せなかった。
(イグライトの足は分解しても取り出せない仕様)
まだ色々とやり方がありそうなのでがんばります。

リバースマグネットコーティング

磁石がくっつく力を使って関節を強化する。
0.00015秒に一回くっついて離れてを繰り返すことにより
摩耗による関節部や駆動部のすり減りを防ぐ。

メリットは摩耗による破損の低減。
デメリットは関節ひとつあたり2個の巨大な電磁石や付随設備が必要になり
重量増やコストアップにつながる。

モビルスーツやEXMにも用いられるが
関節の数の少ないモビルアーマーによく用いられている。
