✔20-min "beginner" low-impact bodyweight strength training that had my fat crying for mercy (05 May). Could barely lift my arms after D:
✔1-h+ pickleball (05 May). I think I've finally worked out my serve!

✔1.5-h pickleball (19 May). Definitely getting the hang of making the shots after finally letting the ball drop further as husband advised. What could have been, etc.!
✔20-min yoga (20 May).
✔20-min bodyweight strength. Am so weak.

THIS week tho, we did 1-h hikes 3 days in a row.
Plus 2-h pickleball on Monday.
Plus I did 30-min today.
But I've also carbo-overloaded this past month, so. It's a mess!

✔20-min spin cycling (14 May).
✔1.5-h pickleball (16 May). Last-minute practice due to prospective doubles on Saturday. (I did not play doubles on Saturday.)

✅3-h pickleball (10 Mac). i'm very not good at it even though i enjoy hitting the ball. maybe i'm very not good at it bc i enjoy the hitting part too much.

✔~1-h bouldering. Did a few overhangs. Couldn't climb down after the last one so dropped like a stone 🤷🏻‍♀️

Feels like I haven't done yoga for a long while tho.

✅2-h waterfall hike (17 Mac). shoes gave out so also did ~30-min barefoot hike. went fine except for the stretch where i forgot to look out for monkey poop.
✅3-h pickleball (17! Mac!!). played a little better (slightly fewer stupid shots). good job, me!

lower body v unhappy.

✅30-min bouldering (09 Jan). did a trickier route (for me). feet slipped on the way down as i was reaching for a hold. i accepted my fate and dropped to the mat like a stone. probably fell only 5 feet but it felt much higher :(

✔30-min first seeing-Jesus strength training of the Lunar New Year OHHHHHHH.
Managed to hold the squats for the required duration + did more "proper" push ups. Gains, amirite??
