Your "FFL Density by Population" chart with the green bars has Issues. The topmost bar is California, directly contradicting the text underneath that states "Wyoming leads with 86 dealers per 100k residents", and there's lots of other weirdness. Did you maybe grab from the wrong data set, there?

As always, check your own state laws about personal sales. Some blue states require sales conducted through an FFL with a background check. Most red states, it's "meh, whatever... meet that dude in a parking lot to buy an AR, we don't care."

Mystery solved. This MFer took a gap year without telling anyone, did a lot of drugs and bedded women, washed out of the FFL and returned to real life when his friends wouldn't let him mooch off them anymore. All dressed up in pseudo intellectual spiritual bullshit. Dude seems like a asshole.

And this big first step means all the other paperwork is essentially just a matter of time if I can get this license, I can get an FFL I’ve got absolutely no problem going through an interview with somebody so we are off to the races
Hey y’all wanna see something absolutely bat shit insane about Texas. Take a look at the license to carry that I just received in the mail today which makes me essentially unstoppable in the state able to carry my gun almost anywhere except inside a school or post office. Notice anything about it?

Ironically, the last Ajani, Nacatl Pariah deck that was built in MH3 FFL was one I called "Mardu Cats" bc it played Ajani, Ocelot Pride AND Cauldron Familiar.

In a 5-2 decision today, the PA Commonwealth Court struck down a Lower Merion ordinance regulating the location of gun shops as being preempted by state law, as the Court determined it was more of an attempt to regulate guns than zoning.

Per statute, municipalities may not “in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession, [or] transfer . . . of firearms,” 18 Pa.C.S. § 6120, nor may they “enact any ordinance . . . dealing with the regulation of the transfer, ownership, transportation or possession of firearms,” 53 Pa.C.S. § 2962(g). The Township’s ordinance here is clearly intended to regulate the sale of firearms, rather than to regulate zoning. It is a gun regulation, not a zoning regulation. The trial court recognized as much when it found most of the conditional use criteria unlawful because they regulate “the method in which [the sale of firearms] is conducted.” Trial Court Op. at 15 We decline to sever conditions 1 through 3 from the blatantly firearmfocused nature of the ordinance overall. Condition 1 prohibits FFL businesses within 1,000 feet of a school. That condition appears to be directly lifted from the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990, 18 U.S.C. § 922(q)(1)(A), a federal gun regulation. See United States v. Lopez, 514 U.S. 549, 551 (1995). Conditions 2 and 3 are focused solely on compliance with firearms regulation. Even if they are difficult with esoteric, abstruse rules, FFL & FFLII are some of my comfort games.
Sometimes I put playthrough vids on when I’m trying to sleep, so the music & sounds can take my brain back to being a kid playing Gameboy on my patio on a BBQ-smellin, firefly-filled summer night.

Forgot it was happening, diverted by everyday life. NFL played without interruption through four start times and 12 hours of action -- and for all the God-fearing folks out there, let there be no doubt, God loves the Eagles right now (also, I won in every FFL game and left the table set for MNF).

Number one source of guns in the hands of criminals is not straw sales, not theft, not unregulated sellers, but diversion, aka gunrunning, directly from overwhelmingly white FFL-regulated dealers: they are selling guns legally out the front door, and trafficking them illegally out the back door.

Sporterized surplus guns are still often very cheap. Like a couple hundred bucks, especially if it wasn't a WWII era k98.
I do wonder if it's the case of using a gun that hasn't ever had any paperwork though.

Depends on which vendor you buy from. A licensed FFL at a gun show will jump through all the hoops (but those vendors are increasingly rare at gun shows), while a private person who paid $10 for a table doesn't have to because it's a private purchase.
