I was under DHS once, a long time ago. ICE has always hired the bottom scrapings of bargain barrel LE candidates. They're considered a joke by other FLE agencies and it used to limit opportunities for transfer to other agencies if it was on one's resumé. The agency, and frankly all of DHS, is rot.
