Oh yeah same, I looove watching horror games but have the bravery of a small elderly dog, even FNAF would have me passing out.
I totally get the frustration though I get the same way about people calling my fave games boring and slow, it's a farming game it's meant to be slow and chill!

I agree! i think fnaf 2 is largely setup tbh.
esp coz the ending feels rushed. i think the first 2 acts are great and very well thought out. but the ending just.. falls apart. the credit scene and phone call are really good tho, it makes me rlly excited
im also curious about the vanny cliffhanger

While FNAF had Scott Cawthon's name on it the truth is it was actually written by MatPat.
FNAF is a really fascinating example of audience capture in that he had no idea where any of this was going and ran with ideas people theorized on without any logic beyond “sure sounds good” and that takes you to weird places in a horror franchise
