All traits relate Fuhrer Assface with FTD, with exception of one extended symptom - lack of empathy. I don't believe there was a day in Drumpf's life when he has exhibited empathy for anybody (but himself).

I just read a little more about this disease; a 79 yo man with FTD has a life expectancy of 2.2 - 2.8 years from diagnosis depending upon overall health but I'll defer to the experts and hope he's right.

I’m a psychologist and familiar with FTD and I’d say this is spot on. I don’t know what can be done but it won’t end well for him and historians are going to have to consider what happened to us that we let it go this far after all the red flags were there and visible.

I’ve been saying he has FTD for years, superimposed on a severe sociopathic personality disorder.
My PhD focused on dementia, and he has never, IMO, fit into ALZ disease.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a mixed dementia, FTD and vascular dementia.
Regardless, his core is vile.

Taking nothing away from either the doctor or this physical therapist, there have been numerous experts diagnosing FTD for years. Not the reason for Trump's sociopathic narcissism, but not a good combo. Since reading about it, I've found some consolation believing Trump won't make it past 2026.
