When/if he needs his teeth cleaned, that would be a good time to get the biopsy, I guess, but I don't know too many vets that would say no to doing that under reversible sedation, especially if it's gotten bigger. Good luck to you and your furkid! Hope all will be well.

This is my favorite picture of my Great Pyrenees. Her name was Sierra, she passed in 2018 and I miss her very much! She was the BEST furkid that allowed me to share space with. ❤️
