#FedSoc
They've openly talked about how she opened the FedSoc doors for him and how she is the driving force behind his politics and ambition. She's not a victim, she's actively a part of this. I hate the infantilization of her.

Stop all federal hiring of law students & JAG commissions if a student was involved in FedSoc or other secesh activity.

Demote anyone serving.

No one cared about USAID dying, who’ll care about a bunch of 149 LSAT scores?

Yeah, but Roberts is right and the big issue is Democrats, right now, aren't doing *anything.*

A progressive Fedsoc? No movement. Aggressively calling the Scotus illegitimate/criminal as a way for preparing what will eventually be needed, i.e., ignoring the court's rulings? Nothing.

"This crank FedSoc judge will surely see the error of her ways when I bring the most high-profile criminal prosecution in America to her docket!"

How do you rise to the heights of a profession & not know the shot like this?

No future D can hire anyone who attended a law school reunion, I'm sorry.

But key to this is FedSoc winning power - no aspirationally neutral application of laws constitution etc would allow most of this stuff. And Goldsmith is himself very reactionary. There's lots of text to fix but I think a lot of these "vulnerabilities" evaporate with a change in personnel

It's *hilarious* that these FedSoc beanheads keep granting cert/standing to non-existent, non-seeking, or entirely unharmed plaintiffs
BREAKING: The full Fifth Circuit decided that it will be rehearing the case over West Texas A&M's effort to ban a charity drag show from campus. The panel, on a 2-1 vote, sided with the student group.

The Fifth Circuit decided to go en banc even after the school didn't seek en banc review.

"The President can declare eleventy billion tariffs on everything and unilaterally control tax policy" is not a FedSoc project. It is something Trump wants because Trump thinks he is the god-king of the entire universe.

The places where they've signaled willingness to give scores on the merits are things which are long-term FedSoc goals like tearing up Humphrey's Executor for everyone but the Federal Reserve because making federal jobs all political positions is a great way to drown it in a tub.

Here’s a 🧵on how ambitious FedSoc flunkies are justifying it:

Squi is now a FedSoc flack and Calvinball whisperer to
the Court, under a nom de spume of Chad Squitieri.

He is an *assistant professor* at Catholic University, so, if he’s not Ivy League like his beer-bufing bro Brett O’Callaghan, he’s at least Opus Dei…\1

James Madison and John Marshall would say Trump’s tariffs are legal.

Not sure any, or all, of the six ever believed much differently than they currently present. The FedSoc identifies these people at an early age. It's not looking to "reform" anyone. It's looking for character traits already molded.

The FedSoc members of SCOTUS are mere puppets. The billionaires bought them with the aim of being able to rape and pillage without consequence, because no amount of obscene wealth is enough for those assholes.

paul mahoney was selected for this interim role precisely because he is a convincing liar and a respectable enough bootlicker; selling out his university to neo-segregation is exactly the sort of thing he spent his entire FedSoc-fueled career positioning himself to achieve. congrats paul!

Right-wing media dominance simply doesn't get enough attention from Dems. What is the plan? The GOP built their right-wing propaganda machine (like their FedSoc capture of the courts) over 50 years by careful design. Have Dems even started thinking of a counter?

Im sorry for you loss (I say that with all sincerity as an ex-GOP former FedSoc member).

…but I have to ask, does he not give off the same crazy pedo vibes in person? Like I’d gnaw off my own arm before leaving my kids alone with him.

I can't stress enough that the whole FedSoc gambit is "once I get the robes, you can't do anything without losing your principles" and we're gonna have to find some way around it
like, I'm trying to color within acceptable lines here, but the only response to this kind of weaponized sophistry are anti-debate/legal principles of defenestration.
