I had a heck of a time deciding what colour to make the fireflies for the Inktober firefly prompt, but wound up with red because that is the most ominous. They actually started out yellow but I wasn't feeling it.

Well my dad had regularly shown us other Ghibli films haha, I repeatedly watched Spirited Away for as long as I can remember (they also saw Grave of the Fireflies, but they at least knew not to let us watch much of it). but the gory Muromachi war drama was a bit much 💀...
