My least popular (and most correct) view is that cars should be automatically limited to the local speed limit. Put the pedal to the floor and you still can't go over 25mph in a residential area.

But for the kind of situation that's developing in the war in Ukraine, these are desired features. It puts the drones above the altitude and speed where they can be efficiently targeted by most anti-drone methods. If terminal guidance is autonomous, they're even immune to jamming.
