Paying for completed work is a bare minimum. This work was already planned for in accordance with Congressional earmarks and approved and monitored by staff at #USAID. The Prompt Payment Act should also apply and require interest after 30 days. #FromTheAmericanPeople www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcn...
