#G'Kar
Such a great series! Molari and G'Kar alone are worth watching! 😍
"Midnight on the Firing Line", the first episode of Babylon 5 (excluding the pilot, "The Gathering", 1993), aired 32 years ago.

"The Narn attack a Centauri colony, while Raiders attack transport ships. Talia Winters arrives at the station."

I've been thinking about rewatching this a lot, lately. All those G'Kar speeches flashing through my head for reasons.

The relationship between G’Kar & Londo Mollari evolving over those 5 seasons really made this show shine. Vir was a delight. Wanted to be Delenn when I grew up, & I was already grown at the time.

Can’t speak highly enough about this show.

Ivanova is a lot more awesome, even if her speech is also a bit much. At least she backs it up. And we finally get more Londo and G'Kar.

“No dictator, no invader, can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against that power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand...Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.” —G’Kar, Babylon 5

Londo: I hate my life.

G'Kar: So do I.

Late-stage G'Kar is pretty close to unironically being my religion.

G'kar is one of the greatest characters ever. His whole story arc is possibly the best writing in sci-fi television history.

"'Some must be sacrificed for all to be saved.' First I took that as a revelation for the future. Now I see that it is as much about how we got here as about where we are going. I think that one sentence is the greatest burden I have ever known." - G'Kar to Delenn, Ship of Tears, Babylon 5.

"No one Here is exactly what he Appears."

I LOVE this #Babylon5 G'kar line.

G'kar really is the best from B5 when it comes to explaining things.

#Babylon5 Loved how B5 explained the concept of the Ancient Races that are out there and how we would appear to be nothing more than Ants to them.

"Mind War." a Great Season 1 B5 Episode!

I was reminded of the Declaration of Principles by G’Kar in Babylon 5 today.

If books are allowed: Stevland from Sue Burke's "Semiosis".

If only movies and tv are allowed: G'Kar from "Babylon 5". (A show with an arc about 'EarthGov' that's increasingly relevant to the situation in the US.)
Drop an alien that's not from Star Wars or Star Trek

It took everything to *not* post Sgt Frog again. Actually I might repost just to post Sgt Frog again 😅

Take a moment for yourself.

Have you eaten? Talked to someone you cared for?

Did a hobby you enjoy?

Yes things are tough, but you deserve more than surviving. You make the moments that make life worth living. Whatever that is. It's nothing.

You can fight, after supper is done.

-- keep pressing, it's the chance we take for good push back even it is not easy to make possible. As G'Kar from Babylon 5 said "Nothing worthwhile ever is." 👍

Narn! G'Kar grew into a favorite character. I never liked Londo. I tolerated him. But I loved Vir aka Abrahamo Lincolni.

2/2 With nowhere else to go, he appeared at the home of his frenemee, G'Kar. Sometime earlier, G'Kars mate had thrown him out, requesting that he never return. Can two different aliens share living quarters, without driving each other crazy? //theme music//
