The final talk of #GDChBioChem2024 was given by Luise Franz from the Christian Hackenberger lab. She talked about the use of cell penetrating peptides to deliver nanobodies into cells. Interesting insights into restoring CFTR F508del function. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

Great talk by John Yates at #GDChBioChem2024 #Biochemistry2024. He talked about his research into better understanding the molecular basis of cystic fibrosis based on a single amino acid deletion in CFTR, which affects interactions, PTMs and structure. www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...
