#Generative
at best, this is an extreme oversight and lack of education, at worst this is skz actively cosigning the use of generative AI to rob actual artists of opportunities. there are many talented, skilled, experienced, professional people who would JUMP at the chance to work for skz, why AI?!?!

No one is going to convince me that generative A.I. is a good thing. It is built on theft. There are many studies that prove that it's actually making people stupider, and in some cases, people have literally offed themselves over it.

There's other reasons but I don't have the space here.

The New Anatomy of Customer Experience - Part 1
From the first recorded customer complaint in 1750 BC to today’s AI-powered service desks, one truth endures: customer experience defines trust. This article explores how Generative AI—especially LLMs and agentic systems—can augment human agents, analyze unstructured data, and predict customer needs in real time. Through examples like Verizon, Ferrari, and United Airlines, it outlines a playbook for building data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and future-ready customer support.

Awesome to see Embark using the latest tech in making its games. The success of Arc Raiders speaks for itself. Despite the confusion and misunderstanding about AI inside of some echo chambers, it's obvious generative AI will be a big part of the future of game development. :)

While I’m against generative AI for images and writing scripts in news (very anti-journalism), I do think it is a useful tool to do things like coding. I have limited coding skills, but enough baseline understanding to know how to prompt AI to get working code.
I used it for a project as well.
