Just worked out for the first time since about 2020. I’ve exerted myself since, but always with a purpose. “I need to shovel this snow,” and such. This is the first time in over 4 years that I’ve done this for myself. Also the closest I’ve come to liking it in my 38 years of living. #GestatingGymRat
