Just noticed I never introduced my baby, my debut novel, my first abomination I unleashed upon this deserving planet. #GigoftheDamned: Slay the Competition is my love note to slasher/giallo films I adore, w/ an all-star cast of #dragqueens fighting to kill it w/o taking their final death drop. 🖤

The breakout star of #GigoftheDamned was Heaux B. Hayve! It hurt to see her go…but alas there can only be 1 queen. Worry not, it won’t be the last you see of her tho. You might even get a little cameo from our demure little dominatrix in one helluva trip in #ScissorMeTimbers! 🖤 #HorrorWritersChat
#HorrorWritersChat Question 3

Tell us about a character in your story who is no longer alive. Did their demise have any impact on the plot? Were they related to other characters? Bonus points if they're still around causing trouble as a zombie or ghost!

Quote repost and don't forget the hashtag!

Oh that’s a fun one. I did so much research for #GigoftheDamned. While i was getting my car worked on, I asked if I could look in back of the autobodyshop b/c I needed to see what I could kill somebody w/ easily. Also went to a real deli to see how wide a meat slicer can slice. 😅 #HorrorWritersChat
#HorrorWritersChat question 2:

Describe a time when you used a real setting in a horror work, or a time one of your story settings was based on a real place.

P.S. Don’t forget to include the tag when reposting!

(and that's me out, Louise @moonlitwriting.bsky.social is doing the other two Qs)
