#Distress-Tolerance is a good skill to cultivate if we're sincere about supporting family & friends through loss.

Oh Ruth it’s been a horrible time for you. I actually used an app called Griefworks for a while in the months after my parents died. You might want to consider something like that, if you think it might help. In the meantime kiss the cats from me xx

There is nothing that can train resilience to grief. It is an emotional amputation akin to a physical one. The only difference is its invisibllity.
