Well, we caught this groundhog on camera trying to find a comfy spot in one of our kitty condos the other night.
Finding a comfortable spot must have been exhausting, though. Love the sigh at the end of the video.

back from the cemetery & i did a lot of cleaning and took many before photos and can’t wait to take the afters in the spring!!! also unfortunately it looks my 3rd great grandpa has a groundhog family living on top of him now so.

The groundhog managed to crawl under my back stoop and expired there. It was summer. The boards were nailed in a way that I couldn’t get undone. I’m surprised the cops didn’t show up at my place wanting to know about a dead body on my property.

In the last three years, within my fenced in yard, the carnage has been (so far) 9 rabbits, 1 groundhog, 1 black squirrel, and 4 birds. Guess who has to go out there with a plastic bag and the shovel at 5:30 in the morning. It doesn’t help that my neighbour keeps a vegetable garden in the summers.
