after that whole quest is done, phaethon stops being a mini/boss in his biome (different biome from where the heliades are). he'll sometimes show up on the farmstead and the boons are even better when all three are there; the three siblings may also appear individually at the hub camp

once youve defeated the boss for the first time, phaethusa retreats to the farmstead and the two heliades comprise the friendly npc encounter for that biome. they give you produce from their farm to heal you up

my concept for the heliades is that lampetia is the more responsible one (shes older and in the odyssey is the one who snitches to helios that the crew are eating the cattle of the sun); u find her as a friendly npc encounter at the farmstead, the only calm spot in an otherwise chaotic biome

(brain contracting) a big part of phaethons myth is his sister's the heliades, and the two shepherds of helios in the odyssey, lampetia and phaethusa, are sometimes identified as heliades... considering combining them to make the two his sister's and a duo friendly npc encounter in phaethon's biome
