Question for HE/academic librarians - if you had a subscription package and were offered an 'upgrade' to your subscription, what would your expectations be regarding content inclusion in the upgraded tier? Would you expect it to contain all content from previous tier?

Can publishers and suppliers just try and read the room?

(Or at the very least read sector financial reports from Jisc or SCONUL for example) #academicsky #skybrarians #helibraries
