리디 홈에서 눈에띄는 제목이 있어서 그냥 읽었는데 내얘기였다... ADHD만 좀 있지 HSP는 아닐거라 생각했는데 어렸을때부터 집에오면 기력 떨어져서 아무것도 못하고 책가방 멘 채로 바닥에 엎드려있는 내가 HSP라니...ㅜ 진단에도 13개 이상이면 의심이라는데 17개쯤 나온순간부터 세지도 않았음ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

oh dear fuck i wish ppl stopped using "hsp" or "highly sensitive person" when describing themselves bc 1) no such condition or diagnosis exists 2) the term is rooted in pure ableism towards autistic people.

うちにはカウンセラーとかその道の人に貴方ほど純度が高いHSPは初めて見たって言われるほどの人がいるので、生活の難度はわかる。感情の機微的なのもだが家のは音も光も匂いも駄目でなかなか面倒。おまけに身体的に未発達な所があるっぽくそれに対する対策もしづらい（HSPだからストレスで成長に影響でたんじゃ？と思う）今どきの子だったらASDって診断されてたんだろうなとなる。感覚過敏でこだわりが強いってやつ。
小さい頃は寝てたら掃除機かけられないとかだったぽい。そこに関しては第一子が何事にも無頓着で思考にしか興味がない子だったのもあって親的に何でってなったとこだろう。

Durch ASS+HSP+PTBS geht das Abschalten der Emos nicht. Ich gerate in den Kriegermodus und verlasse den Laden zum Schutz der anderen. Bin durchaus schon handgreiflich geworden. Ich arbeite lieber übers Gehirn. Die Dramakapazität durch Ablenkung und Überschreiben mindern. Schach funzt auch sehr gut.

Richtig, das ist keine Studie, sondern der Ursprung des Begriffs HSP.
Die Dame hat Autisten HSP genannt.
Ob heute andere Leute ADHSler, Schrauben oder Bierkrüge HSP nennen, hat damit nichts zu tun. Das ändert auch nichts am Ursprung.
